My wife, children and I had just returned from overseas after being away for a number of years and we were looking to start all over again with our new life back in Australia. We dearly wanted to own our own home once more and of course with a large family it meant we needed quite a large home to fill our families needs.
David had been friends of my wife and I for quite a few years and he actually overheard me talking about the fact that we were renting and would dearly love to own our own home again. David approached me and told me he would like to help us, which he did, he showed us a number of House and land packages on the Northern end of the Gold Coast that fitted into our budget and once we had chosen the home that fitted our families needs he set about arranging the finance that we needed to make the whole thing work.
Everything went really smoothly, David was always there to guide us through the whole process, nothing was too much for him, always available to take our calls and smooth out any problems that may have arisen throughout the whole process, really grateful for his huge efforts.
I first met David back in 2014, it has always been our intention to try to provide further income for our retirement which would take place in about ten years. One of our dreams was to be able to travel around Australia a fair bit once my wife and I had retired, we are pretty keen photographers and we knew we would need to put something in place if we were to realise those dreams.David was very patient and very understanding with how he explained all that was involved in owning an investment property, he also showed us how we could use some of the income tax we were paying to invest in new property for our future, it was a little confusing at first but before long ( and because of the time David was willing to spend with us) all became clear.
We couldn’t have done this by ourselves and since taking that first step we are well on the road to achieving our retirement goals thanks to David.
We would certainly recommend David to anyone who wishes to provide wealth for their future through new investment property, we are so happy that we took that first step.
It’s the great “Aussi” dream to own your own home and I’m no different, the thought of continuing to pay dead rent for the rest of my life to help somebody else pay off their mortgage has never made me feel very good at all.
I caught up with David about five years ago, in fact he came around to my house to explain how he might be able to help me. It was necessary for my dad to become a part owner of our first home ( in order to qualify for a loan) and to be honest it was very difficult from day one to get finance. David tried everything but nothing seemed to work,that didn’t seem to stop him though, he just wouldn’t give up. Eventually it worked, he was so good at what he did, always very polite, patient and very understanding, and above everything else very professional.
David still keeps in touch with me, even after five years or so, I know for sure when I’m ready to invest again for my future it will will be him I’ll turn to.

( Noel and his wife had actually invested in two homes with David) just previous to him helping us.I was quite amazed really, David lives on the Gold Coast but didn’t hesitate to fly down to Sydney (where we live) just so he could sit down with us to help us to fulfill our dreams of owning investment property to provide wealth for our future.
Just a short while after helping us to get underway ( and because we were so happy with the service he gave us ) we decided to ask for his help to invest in our second investment home which is now rented out also, we are now having further discussions with him to invest once again.

Wassup everyoneAbout four years ago my wife and I were wanting to get out of the rental cycle and own our own home. For several misconceived reasons we didn’t think it would be possible due to all the misleading stories which made the whole scenario seem confusing and even scary to us, we simply didn’t know where to start. Of course it’s everybody’s dream to move into their own home, we were no different, so we asked David if he would sit down and explain to us what we needed to do and basically guide us through the process.
David was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. We realised from the minute he started to explain to us how he might be able to help that his total focus was on what he could do for us and our children. It was a wonderful experience but at times it was difficult to understand certain things. David took time to explain very carefully what needed to be done and then stayed with us whilst we actioned his advice. We spoke constantly with him on a daily basis. If he was busy he would always call us back as soon as he could. To be honest, we were never really concerned because we knew we had his years of industry experience and as I mentioned his focus was always on what he could do for us.
David also arranged all of our finance needs, we were so thrilled that he knew exactly what he was doing, It was for us in many ways an answer to our prayers that we could own our own home! Of course we had to do our part but if it wasn’t for David we would have been lost and – I have no doubt, we would not have our lovely home that we now have.
We have now been living in our new home for about four years on the Northern end of the Gold Coast. It’s wonderful that we could give our children ( and of course ourselves) our own place to call home.

Not only does he have a wide range of knowledge in this industry but he combines it with a professional attitude which made it easy for myself to understand all the tricky questions/situations.
