Hi I am David Green. I am a fully licensed real Estate Consultant, marketing agent & licensed Advisor and for the past 34 years, I have been following my passion, assisting people to invest in their future through owning their own home. Over the years I Have helped thousands of people to own their own home and to invest in property and I would love to help you too.
I pride myself in helping my clients to own their own home in less than half the time it is currently taking them. I help my clients to reduce their income tax substantially through Government incentives applicable to owning new investment property and help other clients to own investment property whilst reducing their home mortgage payments to a much lower amount than what they are currently paying.*
I am upfront with clients, if you are not in a position to invest, I will let you know straightaway and continue to advise you for the future. I will not charge you anything to pop by and just have a chat about what is possible.
Feeling apprehensive? I have a long list of previous clients who are happy for you to ask about my service. I will not “Sell” you anything (I don’t even like the word), instead, I will work with you to show you how you can achieve your wealth creation goals for the future. My service is all about finding the right overall solution to your financial position, by creating wealth for the future whilst reducing your personal (non-tax deductible debt), the investment property(s) is merely a vehicle to help you to achieve this goal.
I keep in regular contact with my clients from the very beginning when we first meet to when the key is handed over. After this I will still keep in contact because I want to keep on working with you on an ongoing basis, for this reason I have some clients who have invested multiple times with me and my company.
